Trends in Digital Marketing












Abstract



Since
the discovery of the internet and improvement in digital technology,
the



race
has been on for better ways of utilizing these advances to push
products



and
services information to consumers. Companies are innovating on how
best



to
attract and keep users and this has created many marketing
opportunities for



big
and small brands, leading to availability of many marketing channels
and



new
once on the way. These array of digital channels, have also created
problem



for
businesses on how the to efficiently and effectively integrate these
into their



marketing
strategies. This research seeks to study digital marketing trends
from



customers
(Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumers) perspective. Then



customers
(B2B and B2C) responses to different digital marketing channels will



be
study and documented; leading to guideline or mini-frame work that
will help



marketing
mangers make informed choice on type/s digital medium to adapt



verses
cost factor.
